Our normal turnaround time is a maximum of 10-12 business days. We will make every effort to complete and ship the work sooner.
In addition to checks and COD, we also accept VISA and MASTERCARD. We will keep your payment information on file and charge your account the day the order is shipped. If paying by check, pre-payment is required.
We will accept your images on CD or DVD, or we can set up a folder for you on our FTP site. Order write-up can be done by you with the help of our ROES (Remote Order Entry System) software, or if you prefer, we can handle the data entry for a fee per child. There are also two forms that must accompany each order.
Digital files must be saved as an uncompressed jpeg. Files should be approximately 1MB in size, with a 4MB maximum. Files must be named sequentially and consistently, with numbers only, and every file must contain the same amount of digits. (For example, in a job of 300 images, the first image should be named 001.jpg NOT 1.jpg)
Sport Stars offers packaging of all orders. This means that each child's order is individually packaged in a clear poly bag. The individual bags are grouped by team and placed in a larger poly bag for easy distribution to the organization.
We require two forms be submitted with each job. The first is the Program Order Master Sheet, or POMS. This form contains general job information that will be automatically generated if you use our ROES software. If we write up your order, a completely filled out POMS must accompany your order. The second required form is the field shoot log. This form is completed at the field and serves as a team-by-team list describing the order in which the groups were photographed.
Yes, Sport Stars can help you design and print your order envelopes. We will accept outside envelopes after they have been reviewed and approved. For more information about custom envelopes, please visit our Sales & Marketing Support page.
All orders are shipped UPS Ground for tracking purposes; however Next Day, 2nd, and 3rd Day are also available.

In addition to our full color sales envelopes, we supply product samples at half price and promotional posters at a discounted price.
All reprints and reorders must be submitted via mail, email, or fax and are subject to a reorder fee. A hard copy of your order is required. Orders are processed within 2-4 weeks. Rush orders are also available.
Corrections are processed ASAP. The incorrect print(s)/products(s) must be sent back to us. Corrections sent in 30 days after the original order has been shipped will be treated as a reprint and billed accordingly.
