These envelopes serve as an excellent sales tool that will help your business look professional, increase sales, and organize information. The full color side shows the products that you will be offering. The black/white side is ready to be customized to show your company name and contact information, your packages, and your prices. We offer design services if needed.
Envelopes must be submitted with every order. You must record the corresponding digital file number, or the roll and frame number on each envelope. Parents will fill in their information, choose the desired products, and enclose the payment. On picture day, you simply collect the envelopes from each child as their picture is being taken and record the numbers. Remove the money and send the envelopes in with each job. It is very important to keep the envelopes in order. Please bundle them up after each roll or team.
Customers wishing to use their own envelopes must submit a copy for review and approval before sending in a job.
