- All new customers are required to fill out a Distributor Information Form. We can mail, fax, or email this to you, or you can download it by clicking above.
- Envelopes must be submitted with each order. If you would like to use your own envelopes, we will need to see and approve a copy prior to the first job. If you do not have envelopes, we can help you design your own custom envelopes.
- If you will be submitting digital files, we must see and approve samples prior to your first order.
- Paperwork is essential to keep your work organized. Each order submitted to Sport Stars must be accompanied by two forms. We will send you a sample of the Program Order Master Sheet(POMS) and the Field Shoot Log. These two forms are easy to use and will help ensure the accuracy of your order.
- Order write-up services are available for a fee. If you choose to enter your own information, we will provide you with our R.O.E.S. software. This program will enable you to enter all of the necessary information.

Sport Stars has the right to refuse any job that is not submitted according to the Order Submission Guidelines that are described within this site or our Price Guide. To receive a copy of our Price Guide please email us.
- Credit or Debit Card Payments - If you are supplying Sport Stars with a credit or debit card, please include an alternate credit card in case of daily transaction limits applied by your bank. Three attempts will be made to process your payment. If unsuccessful, you will be informed and your order will be held at the lab until we receive further instructions from you. Payment must be submitted with the job. All work will be held until payment is satisfied.
- Any Billing Inquiries must be made within 30 days of receipt of the invoice or statement.
- Order Changes can be made within 2 days of the log-in date at no charge. Any changes made after that date will be treated as a reprint. In either case, additional charges will apply for prints that have been printed before the requested changes.
- Reprint Requests must be submitted via email or fax. Information needed to process the request quickly must include: Sport Stars job number, digital file or roll + frame number, and products being ordered (not the package number - for example, Products 90, 15, and 1, not Packages A, M, and S). Reprints have a 2 - 4 week turnaround time. Reprints that are needed in less than 2 weeks will incur an additional rush charge.
- Corrections are immediately put into production. We require that all incorrect products be returned to Sport Stars. A credit will be applied to your account for your shipping expense. You will be charged for the corrections if the incorrect products are not returned. Corrections must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days we will treat the request as a reprint. Corrections must be submitted via email or fax.
- Envelope and Product Sample Requests must be submitted by email or fax. Envelopes are printed and shipped within 4 business days. Rush service is available for a charge of $25.00. We have order forms availabe for product samples. Please contact Customer Service for assisstance.
- Shipping - All orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless specified otherwise. Since we cannot trace the US Mail, we will not mail reprints or corrections.
- Limitation of Liability - Although your film, negatives, prints, and/or digital files will receive the best possible professional care while in our lab, the possibility of loss or damage still exists. Therefore, all film, negatives, prints, and/or digital files will be accepted for processing and printing without any warranty, guarantee, or liability of any kind. Sport Stars, Inc. shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses, whether direct or consequential, due to or caused by delays in delivering the processed or printed product to the customer. We pledge to exercise every precaution to avoid any problems, and consistently return high quality products in the shortest possible time. We cannot accept legal responsibility for claims involving what are clearly simple matters of individual taste or judgement.
- Rush Services are available for both orders and reprints. Please contact Customer Service before submitting your request. This service may not be available depending on lab volume.
